We are excited to announce we will be taking the plunge with Galway Simon Community for the ‘Dip a Day in May’ Challenge.
We are asking all daily dippers, sea swimmers and anyone who is curious about daily dipping to take a dip every day for the month of May and help raise vital funds for Galway Simon Community.
This year the theme is about connection and community, so why not use this challenge to take some time to connect with nature, your community and yourself. We are supporting this challenge by offering a 10% discount on all water sports in our Galway store or online with the discount code 'DIPADAY'.
Anyone who is brave enough to take the challenge and raise €100 can register by joining Team Portwest in-store or online at www.dipadayinmay/iregister.ie can avail of this offer.

In 2022, Galway Simon Community supported 810 households, including 225 families and 476 children. Their services are receiving a growing number of requests for support from people worried about becoming homeless. The money raised as part of the #dipadayinmay challenge ensures they can support those coming to them in crisis.

We are encouraging people in Galway, Mayo and Roscommon to participate in the Dip a Day in May challenge and join their team in support of people in their community.
