Cancellation & Returns Policy

Once you place your order online our customer service team will start to process it. If you have made an error or wish to adjust your order after it is submitted please contact us straight away and we will be happy to assist .

If you are dissatisfied in any way with your order, please contact us and we will endeavour to rectify the situation promptly

These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase so we guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with under the Distance Selling Regulations. We are offering you the customer 30 days to return any item which you are unhappy with.

This agreement excludes tailor-made / customised products. In the case, of a cancellation we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us in saleable condition within 30 days of receipt.  Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment when you return the item to us. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on swimwear or underwear unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. Items must be unused and still have their original packaging and labelling attached. Any footwear returned to us must be in its original condition, including boxes and footbeds.

Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable in the event of an unwanted item being returned to us.

Unfortunately, Web Returns may not be processed at our Portwest shop or at any other stores that supply Portwest. All returns must be sent with your name, address and order details to:

Please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. The Post Office will stamp this and supply a tracking reference number starting with the letters PA to prove the item(s) have been returned. Without this we cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned items.

The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse. Please note that it may take 7 working days for the refunds to show in your account. This will show on your statement as a refund / credit from PORTWEST.IE. You will be refunded on to the card that the goods were purchased with. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact our customer services team with your order number, postcode and new card details.
