70km away from the Phoenix Park lies Avondale Forest Park. Set in the estate of Avondale House, the stunning birthplace of Charles Stewart Parnell. How long is the Avondale Treetop walk? This 1.4km walk 38mtrs above the forest will give you 360o degree views of Wicklow. And let’s not forget the giant slide! This location is perfect for a leisurely walk through nature and we’ve heard the café is so fabulous you could spend the whole day.
3: Center Parcs Ireland, Co. Longford:
Center Parcs Ireland in County Longford is your go-to for an immersive family retreat where you can both relax and find adventure. What town is near Centre Parcs Longford? Ballymahon is 5km from the 400-acre forest. With so many activities to choose from like cycling through lush forests to enjoying thrilling waterslides in the Subtropical Swimming Paradise, there’s something to satisfy everyone in your family.
4: Wildlands, Co. Galway:

For something a little different, they also have the disk Golf course and recent additions of the Ninja course (high energy levels required!) and Net adventure to complete are great day out for all.
